ALL ELSE FAILED

"Archetype" (Now or Never Records)

Reviewed by Rose Grech

All Else Failed is real hardcore that we finally needed to hear again. Their brutal, descriptive lyrics with screams of anguish over rapid pulsating drumbeats is addictive. It captures you entirely, gets you racing and leaves you satisfied.

As heavy and destructive as they sound, there are some songs that incorporate melancholy elements. This just adds to the meaning of the lyrics and gives it more emotion that the listener can feel not just hear.

They began their career in 1995 in Philadelphia. They have a crazy history regarding the how many band members they have been through. Overall, they still sound like they can kick anyone's ass. If you enjoy any kind of hardcore All Else Failed will not fail you.
