Darque Carnival is just what their name implies: dark, eerie, and strangely entertaining. This quartet uses simple, straight forward heavy metal to paint a twisted tapestry of human emotion. The music is tight and absolutely riveting. I bet these guys put on one hell of a show. I only wish this was a full-length recording instead of a four track CD. This band is extremely bent, just the way I like them. Darque Carnival fucking rocks.
