FLESH GORDON

"Flesh Gordon - Sampler" (Self-produced)

Reviewed by Christopher J. Kelter

This three-track demo features classic hard rock sounds and more. "Sandy," one of the more erotic love songs you'll hear, starts the disc off with a Billy Idol-like vibe mixed in with the dark and haunting sound of Cole Porter. "Dark Visions" and its sinister vibe is instantly likeable. "Rockit Baby" goes back to the late '70s/early '80s with its radio-friendly chorus and monster-like, crunchy riffs.

I am looking forward to hearing more Flesh Gordon.

Flesh Gordon is Art Gordon. Art Gordon is the vocalist and plays all instruments except keyboards which were played by Stacy Phelon.
