"God Doesn't Care" (Geffen)

I really like Instruction's core elements. The music is a rousing combination of punk and straight forward rock'n'roll and, on many levels, it works really well.

"God Doesn't Care" does have its peaks and valleys which, in some ways at least, is a good thing. It shows me the band is using their imagination to make their music better. Still, sometimes the band falls into the spongerock category and, when they do, everything slows down and, frankly, becomes boring.

More often than not, however, Instruction rocks well. Their music is very entertaining and has a strong comic flavor that I found fun. "God Doesn't Care" is a solid release from a good, hard-working band that I think has a good future.
