I can say sum up Run Devil Run with three words: this shit rocks.
The band's in-your-face music hooked me from the very beginning but the vocals took a few spins to grab me. The earnest, socially-seeded lyrics were a very pleasant surprise and the music and the (eventually) the vocals surround and support them perfectly. The more I listen to this CD, the more I like its unique, powerful approach.
Run Devil Run is hard and gritty, right to the point metal. Right on!!

Rating Guide:
A classic. This record will kick your ass.
Killer. Not a classic but it will rock your world.

Self explanatory. Just the sight of the cover makes you wanna hurl.
