"Red Carpet Material" (Self-produced; 2008)

Reviewed by Snidermann

16 Second Stare (what a great name for a band!) is a very talented rock'n'roll outfit. This band has it all together: a great sound, talent and songwriting ability. But not only do they have the above mentioned abilities, they also sound like they are having a great time.  Most of the songs have such a great chorus that I found myself singing right along with them.

My only problem with this CD is that there were too many ballads and not enough songs that really rocked. I mean, one is okay, but two is usually too many and three can bring the entire project down a notch. Still, this is a great band with great potential.
