We thought it was a pipe dream, but it looks like a Clive Cussler/Dirk Pitt movie series is officially in the works!
In honor of this spectacular news, the Unofficial Dirk Pitt Movie Poll was reset as of Monday, May 14, 2001. The final results of the past few years have been posted, and you can see for yourself who the fans chose to be the stars of a Dirk Pitt movie by clicking here.

We're not sure what he means by that...)
A quick note: There are no Kurt Austin adventures or characters listed below. Maybe one day we'll start the Unofficial Kurt Austin movie poll, but - for now - we're sticking to Dirk Pitt.
