He plays the guitar like no other guitarist on the concert circuit. In addition, Zakk has a great stage image and presence. He is a very charismatic frontman. ...SALEM HILL will release their latest CD, "Mimi's Magic Moment,” in late September/early October 2005. The new CD will be comprised mostly of epic pieces, running from ten to eighteen minutes in length. Says drummer Kevin Thomas: "We flirted with doing another conceptual work because we had some pretty cool stories to tell. But we decided to try something new--to house the stories in single pieces instead of using an entire album to tell them. It's been pretty interesting, having to learn to condense ideas and themes. But it's coming along great and the songs are probably the most expressive pieces we've ever done.”...
