HUMPHREY BOGART TITLES (Warner Home Video)
Warner celebrates the legendary Humphrey Bogart with the DVD debut of several of his biggest hits, including:
THE BIG SLEEP starring Bogart and Lauren Bacall. Bogart stars as private eye Philip Marlowe in this film that helped defined the term film noir. This incredible DVD disk offers two versions of the film: the first, which was finished in 1945 but never released and the second which was released in 1946 and is the classic we've all come to know and love. In addition to both versions of the film, also included is a documentary, entitled "The Big Sleep Comparisons 1945/46" which analyzes scene differences between the two versions and features an introduction by UCLA Film Preservationist Robert Gitt. $24.98.
